We deliver worldwide - no matter where you are, you can buy from us! 

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

We partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from. 

  • Due to high demand, please allow 1-4 weeks for delivery to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and all European Union Countries.
  • Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery to the rest of the world.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse locations across the globe. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. Please contact us if you do not receive a shipping notification email after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We provide tracking for every order. We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually, you will receive the tracking number via your email 1-3 days after we have shipped your order. You can also track your order on our website.
